The bill (Reg. No.6525) submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine authorizes a single body the Pension Fund of Ukraine to perform the following functions similar to all the funds of compulsory State social insurance: registration of payers, formation and maintenance of the State Social Insurance Registrar (organizational and technical system of information about the insurers and the insured), uniform accountability, supervision over the timely and complete administration of a single social security contribution.
The Committee members expressed their remarks concerning several provisions of the bill that require editorial adjustment.
